Currently, I'm working on a virtual agent I have some queries,
1. I have created a sub-flow and called a topic OOB but I'm using a new CSAT Survey in it, but in the survey, I have some boolean questions depending on that I need to run the flow in VA. For there is a question called "Do we help with your concern? Yes/No, once we select Yes it should end the chat saying "Thanks for contacting ******" " If we select no then it should ask you for "Would you like me to connect live agent"?
But there are a bunch of questions in survey.
Can anyone please help me with this?
