Virtual agent icon only visible to home page

Hi Everyone,

I've cloned the Virtual Agent widget and successfully added it to the Service Portal. However, it's currently only visible on the home page. I need it to be visible across all pages of the portal.

Has anyone faced this issue before or knows how to make the widget globally visible throughout the portal?

Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I hope you added it using "sp_agent_chat_config" and not on homepage?
