On an ITSM std instance with VA lite, the VA showed oob topics after the "show me everything" like "talk to live agent" and "status of my ticket", post clone that is all gone and all I see is "no agents available, thanks for using support chat".
I have checked the property com.glide.cs.live_agent_only and its set to false already. I want those OOB topics to be visible along with the std greeting.
