Virtual Agent Lite Setup

Hello Everyone!

I have a problem with the VA lite version of a client. I already activated all the plugins and the ITSM Self Service Lite.

The issue is that it looks like this:

This is a client instance example.

Instead of this:

This is my personal development instance.

As you can see, is not showing the "Show me everything" button where we can select the topics.

Hi @Facundo Alves ,

Glad to see you have activated the Plugin, however, you have a few other steps as well :

  1. Activate the ITSM Virtual Agent Conversation Topics Lite plugin:
    1. Navigate to All > Plugins.
    2. In the Search field, type ITSM Virtual Agent.
    3. Find the entry for ITSM Virtual Agent Conversation Topics Lite (com.snc.itsm.virtualagent.lite), and then click Activate.
  2. (Optional) Configure Virtual Agent Lite for additional portals.
Virtual Agent Lite appears in the Service portal by default. For more information about configuring the Service portal, see Set up Service Portal.
  3. Preview and test ITSM Virtual Agent Lite topics in Virtual Agent Designer.
Two topics are available for use with Virtual Agent Lite.
  4. Duplicate and publish ITSM Virtual Agent Lite topics.
Users can now access Virtual Agent Lite topics.

Hello @Community Alums , thank you for your response!

As you can see the plugin is already installed and activated:

I already activate and publish the ITSM VA Lite Topics.

But the issue is still there.

Hi @Facundo Alves ,

  1. Navigate to All > Conversational Interfaces > Virtual Agent > Designer.
  2. In the Category filter, select ITSM Self Service Lite to show only the ITSM Virtual Agent Lite conversations.
Two pre-built topics are available: Check IT Ticket Status and Report IT Issue.
  3. Click the topic that you want to preview.
In the Flow tab, the Virtual Agent Designer canvas opens with a read-only view of the topic flow. You can resize the canvas to see the nodes in the flow. But you can't add or change controls and their associated property sheets.
  4. Click Test

Share with me what you see as a screenshot after doing above steps.

This is what I get for "Check ServiceNow tickets status" :
