Virtual Agent Lite Setup

Hello Everyone!

 

I have a problem with the VA lite version of a client. I already activated all the plugins and the ITSM Self Service Lite.

 

The issue is that it looks like this:

Instead of this:

This is my personal development instance.

 

As you can see, is not showing the "Show me everything" button where we can select the topics.

Hi @Facundo Alves ,

As per the logs it seems like it's not able to assign a queue.

To resolve the issue do the following:

1. Make sure that you are on the Global application scope.

2. Navigate to Conversational Interfaces -> Chat Setup

3. Change all your Fulfiller UI selections to the alternate option. For example, if you have Connect, revert it to Agent chat and save the changes.

4. Now revert everything back to the way it was before step 2 and save the changes.

5. Now go to Service Portal, open chat, and start a Live Agent chat session and you should be routed to an agent as expected.
