I am facing issue while creating a new NLU Model and adding content for the ServiceNow Virtual Agent chatbot.
When I try to create a new NLU Model, I receive the below critical error message.
"Some features may not be available because the connection to NLU Service is not available. Please try again after some time, if the issue persists log an issue with Support".
Because of this issue, I am unable to proceed with creating NLU Model and configuring the required content for my Virtual Agent Chatbot.
I have checked the available configurations but could not identify the root cause.
Could anyone please help me understand:
What would be causing this NLU Service connection issue?
Are there any plugins, roles, or configurations that need to be verified?
Is there any troubleshooting step to restore the NLU service connection?
Any guidance or suggestions would be highly appreciated.
