Virtual agent 'Session Tab Settings' configuration issue.

This is helpful while agents managing multiple chat conversation, based on response delay chat tab color will be changing. As article says we need to set SLA for time calculation

While trying to configuration 'Session Tab Settings'. Under virtual agent > Agent chat.  
I am trying to select 'Service Operational Workspace' under field 'Select a workspace for tab settings' but there is no options to select. i could  see no result. 
Please let me know am i missing anything here?

In most cases when you cannot see any options, it means the target workspace hasn’t yet been enabled for chat session tab configuration, so you’ll want to go into Workspace Experience > Administration > All Workspaces, check that the workspace record (such as Service Operations Workspace) exists and is active, ensure the Enable chat session tabs toggle is turned on and that the workspace is supported for chat session tabs as per the documentation..........
