Virtual Agent Simulator (Micro-cert) - Issue with final step - Test Topic Discovery & Model Accuracy

I'm currently completing the Micro-certification but i'm stuck on the last step because I can't test the NLU model i've created.

this is the task:

But every time that I click on Test Model, it gets stuck on the screen below (Testing in Progress)

- Is there an alternative way to test the NLU model created ?

-Is there an alternative way to identify the models accuracy?

-How long does it normally take to get the test report?

This issue happened with me few days ago,

Try to create one case to for this your issue will get resolved.

I have successfully completed this task after a lot of back and forth.

Step 1: I created 3 utterances under InternetIssue intent:
1. My wifi is not working
2. Is there an internet outage
3. I cannot connect to the internet

Further created 2 extra utterances related to internet issues.

Step 2: Created test set for these 5 utterances with InternetIssues Intent.

Step 3: Trained and Published.

Step 4: Most Important: Open Service Portal -> Chat window and test with all the 3 Utterances in Step 1:

This way you will complete it to 100%.

After speaking to a few people who've completed this micro-cert, it turns out this is a known problem with the simulator instance of the VA micro-cert. The best advise i've seen in other post is to submit your score should be 93% at this stage - as the micro-cert has an 80% pass mark.
