Where is "please type your request" in VA configured in sys_ui_message table.

Hi All,
1.We are trying to find out where is "please type your request" (english language) configured in sys_ui_message table. We are able to find other langugaes but not for english .

2.We are trying to modify the text "please type your request" . And we are also trying to understanding how this reflects in portal ? What is the connection backend?

1.Create a record in sys_ui_message table, where

key=please type your request
language = English
message= "Your custom message"

2.This gets reflected in VA placeholder text in the portal.
