Agent name need to mask

Hi Friends,

i am using walkup plugin of ServiceNow and i have integrated with ms-teams so that end user can connect with agent . the issue i am facing that user is able to see a agent name . I want to mask the agent name . How i can achieved this

Hi @Community Alums,

 

go to Conversational interfaces > Settings and browse around the options, somewhere there you can do this. Not remember exact steps and my PDI is waking up so I cannot provide better navigation but it shall not be difficult to locate it.

 

Try to search it and once my PDI is awaken I can try to provide more detailed solution

Go to Interfaces > Settings > Agent chat > Agent names.
