calculate the number of days between incident opened_at and now (today)

I am working on a virtual agent topic flow which allows the end user to escalate the ticket. However, there certain conditions that must be meet before incident can be escalated.


condition 1: the incident must be P3 / P4 and opened_at should be 5 days old from today.

Regardless of the incident opened_at date, it is returning "Incident is not yet 5 business days old" message to the user.
Can you help me what am i doing wrong and what needs to be done to fix it.
