Date Time component virtual agent

Hi all!
I have a requirement that a person has to enter a start date + end date.
I designed this adding to topic design 2 Date time components. I am unsure this is the best pratice...but now the requirement escalated to offer a better UX and when a person submits the start date, when they the second date time component for end date triggers, the requirement is to have in grey color and disabled all the previous dates before the start date and also the weekend days and public holidays (For this I have a query to working schedules table to analyze the working schedule for each person that tries to run the topic).
Anyone had a similar requirement to work before?
Would it be better to customize Date Time component or create a new one? (Where can VA components definition be found on instance?)

Hi there,
With the default available components that's simply not possible. Ofcourse you can add validation your self. I would recommend creating a Topic Block of this, so you can easily re-use it.
What you could do ofcourse, try and create your own component. Only thing though... although this is already available for several years, I've seen no one ever share usable information on this. I've also mentioned this in academies, though no response. So don't think this is a realistic option.
