Hi All,
I observed an weird issue where the capacity in use for an agent is showing as 1, though there are no active work items and interactions assigned to the agent,
Please help me if you know any way to fix this issue.

Go to below table and see if any chat assigned to agent is not closed complete or closed abandoned and make changes here.
