Hello,
When trying to open the chat/clicking on the chat icon on portal, it is starting the conversation without clicking on start a conversation or without clicking on + button
Pre-chat survey or introduction is getting created as soon as clicking/Opening the chat in portal. But when user clicks on start a new conversation/+ icon on top right should trigger the new conversation.
Any thoughts why it is happening ?
