virtual agent topic is not triggering.

Hi Guys ,
i have created a create incident topic block but
here i am getting this :
Your test phrase triggered a different topic. Go back to the NLU Settings tab and make sure this phrase is tied to the correct intent. service now virtual agent,
please help me on this ??

Topic Block does not have an Intent attached. Topic Blocks are called from Topics, the Intent is attached to the Topic that has the Topic Block within.

Did you create a topic or a topic block? They're two different things.

You need to go to the NLU find the topic that is being discovered and ensure that utterance is not in the intent. After correcting the NLU for the topic being discovered, you need to train and publish the model.
