Hello,
I’m working on a project in my Personal Developer Instance (PDI). When I try to use Virtual Agent Designer, I get the error:"Upgrade required. Please upgrade to access all features. Contact your Account Executive for more information."
Is Virtual Agent available in a free PDI?Thanks in advance!

can you please tell me what's the version of your PDI - s it Yokohama or Zurich?
- if not, upgrade it from: https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do
If not that, navigate to xour instance and tell me the VA version?
