Good morning,

 

As part of an ongoing governance review, I'm seeking information from existing ServiceNow customers to collect the following information:

1) Company Size

2) Modules Installed

3) Current FTE Count / Planned FTE Count

 

Any information you are willing to share would be appreciated.

Current FTE Count / Planned FTE Count: The number of full-time equivalent (FTE) employees using ServiceNow can vary widely depending on the size and complexity of the organization and its ServiceNow implementation. Some organizations may have only a few FTEs dedicated to managing ServiceNow, while others may have dozens or even hundreds. Planned FTE counts will depend on the organization's growth plans and any upcoming projects or initiatives that may require additional staff.
