That is the custom solution developed and I think you should be able to integrate with any of latest release.

That specific integration is built using Siri Proxy integrated with ServiceNow using JSON.

The current version of JSON web services was introduced with the Dublin release; an earlier version of JSON goes back to the Winter 2010 release.
