Given that i frequently get questions on this topic, i'm happy to announce that we are updating the interface on the Support Portal to make this whole thing much simpler. This one mainly affects the Customer Administrators on the portal, so if that's you, please keep reading 🙂
There is a newly added KB article linked to below which details the recent changes that will make this process much simpler and intuitive. This should be taking effect over the next couple of weeks, so stay tuned for additional information and content around this one too
