Hi Everyone,

 

Given that i frequently get questions on this topic, i'm happy to announce that we are updating the interface on the Support Portal to make this whole thing much simpler. This one mainly affects the Customer Administrators on the portal, so if that's you, please keep reading 🙂

How can we delete accounts of users inactive for a long time?

I'm looking to delete users too, I can't anything but it brought me here I guess from the prior comment.

TiffJ - this is the link to the section on making a user inactive. Delete does not appear to be an option here.

I would be hesitant to delete users from ServiceNow due to the related records i.e. Tasks that would be impacted.  Always best to make the user recording inactive.

how to remove users from notification which are triggered from now support.

also how to update the admin partners or admin users in now support portal.
