Hi SNUG members!

 

I heard from the grapevine that some SNUG members want to meet more often than the one time per year we commit to leading and executing a SNUG event for SNUG members.  

 

Great news! We have a program for customer-led SNUG Meetups! Please see the definition between the two types of events:

 

"There are two types of SNUG groups – SNUG chapters and SNUG Meetups. SNUG chapters (referred to as just SNUGs) are more formal and are run and managed by ServiceNow. SNUG Meetups, launched in 2022, are more informal and are run and managed by ServiceNow customers with program assistance from ServiceNow. Both types of ServiceNow user groups make it possible for customers to stay connected with other local and regional customers and technology experts to discuss innovations, challenges, and solutions."

 

You can reference the SNUG Program and Customer Participation guides that explain the SNUG Meetup Program in more detail.
