What is Lens?
Lens is the latest offering under Workflow Data Fabric, harnessing the power of Vision LLM to transform screenshots, dashboard, images or any objects into actionable intelligence using a native Windows & Mac application.
Through Lens, a user would be able to scan what they see, understand it using GenAI and Act upon it.
Imagine a situation where a user encounter a weird looking error message with no means to understand why this is coming after going through a bunch of tabs and filling out a long form.
Here Lens comes to the rescue, user launch Lens from ServiceNow and by simply scanning the user screen, Lens can fill out the Incident form automatically without using the keyboard even for once.
ServiceNow Lens can also be initiated in a standalone mode making it convenient for the users, in Standalone mode Lens can provide response back on the Lens application. User can use this information to make an informed decision whether he or she is working on a critical machinery or working on a deal with customer.
Lens requires no training or template to work, It is a companion for Users, Agents and Developers whether the task is to generate code, fill out forms or compare floor maps. Lens simply understands.
