When a request is created, if the assigned person clicked on 'request validated' button in the form them it needs to send the approvals to 2 managers and it's working fine. But after created request, the assigned person need any additional information from the requestor then the assigned person will change the status to 'pending additional information' status, then once the information received he will click on the 'request validated' button, but this time it's not sending approvals to two managers. How to resolve this issue in servicenow?
