Hi @manojgorthi
https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB3012584
Cause
This issue was caused by the introduction of a new condition builder component in Flow Designer as part of the Australia release.
The change impacted the visibility of extended trigger condition operators for certain field types.
This issue is tracked under:
PRB2005619
The defect has been addressed in later plugin versions.
Resolution
There are currently two available solutions:
Option A – Temporary Workaround
Disable the new predicate builder component.
Steps
- Create the following system property on the affected instance:
|
Property Name |
Value |
|
sn_flow_designer.predicate_builder_enabled |
false |
- Save the property.
- Refresh Flow Designer.
After applying the workaround, the following operators should become visible again:
- Changes
- Changes to
- Changes from
Important Notes
- This is considered a temporary workaround only.
Option B – Permanent Fix (Recommended)
Upgrade the Flow Designer plugin to version 29.2.x or above on the Australia release.
After upgrading:
Steps
- Navigate to the Dictionary Entry of the field used in the trigger condition.
Example:
- Field: state
- Table: task
- Add the following Dictionary Attribute:
|
Attribute |
Value |
|
Extended operators |
VALCHANGES;CHANGESFROM;CHANGESTO |
- Save the dictionary record.
- Refresh Flow Designer and verify the operators are available.
Result
Once the attribute is added, the following operators become available again in Flow Designer:
- Changes
- Changes to
- Changes from
This is the recommended long-term solution moving forward.
