We are setting up a dedicated ServiceNow reporting instance using IDR (instance data replication), where we plan to replicate a curated subset (~90 high demand tables) rather than full prod. The goal is to offload in-platform reporting / performance analytics and support GET API data extraction to an external warehouse, while keeping Prod as the system of record. Has anyone implemented a similar lean reporting or analytics instance at scale? Looking for lessons learned, best practices, and pitfalls to avoid.
