Dynamic Dispute Category/Reason Choices Not Appearing in FSO Workspace Despite Decision Table Config

Hi Team,

We are facing an issue with dynamic choices not appearing in the Financial Services Card Operations Workspace.


Issue:
The newly configured dynamic choices are still not appearing in the Workspace intake form, even though the decision table configuration seems correct.

We are facing an issue with dynamic choices not appearing in the Financial Services Card Operations Workspace.

What we configured so far:

  • Created new Dispute Category and Reason
  • Added the mappings in the Dispute Category Decision Table
  • Added questionnaire fields to the Dispute Intake form
  • Verified the records are present in the backend tables

In the attached screenshot, the RANK  21 dispute category and reason are not appearing in the workspace, even though the configuration has been completed. Could you please help identify why the category and reason values are not displaying in the workspace?
