When I search in search preview, it displays content from sharepoint. But when I search the same in service portal, it does not show the content from sharepoint. I have created SharePoint Online indexed search and added it to the search source and linked to service portal default search profile. But why do not visible in search in service portal?
Also videos and pdfs are shown in search preview but images are not displayed . why?

Since the content is appearing correctly in Search Preview, it indicates that the indexing and source configuration seem to be set up properly.
Could you please share screenshots of the following for verification:
• The total count of indexed documents
• Crawl history/status
• The configuration showing the source added to the Search Profile
This will help confirm everything is correctly configured from your end.

Just now, noticed one thing....Images are not fetching even in crawl when we add images in the site.
