External Content Connector - Sharepoint

When I search in search preview, it displays content from sharepoint. But when I search the same in service portal, it does not show the content from sharepoint. I have created SharePoint Online indexed search and added it to the search source and linked to service portal default search profile. But why do  not visible in search in service portal?

Also videos and pdfs are shown in search preview but images are not displayed . why?

Hi @TamilarasiB, this behavior is expected.

Videos in SharePoint are searchable if SharePoint provides a transcript.
