Flow Designer for Employee offboarding Process

Hi Team,
We need to design a Flow Designer workflow in ServiceNow to automate the employee offboarding process
The flow should be triggered based on the employee's company email and their last working day in the organization. Once these conditions are met, the workflow should execute the required offboarding activities for the respective company (X Company) in ServiceNow.

Please advise on the best approach for this requirement.

so how the trigger would be?

You can run scheduled daily flow which checks the Employee last working date is today or not

if yes then iterate over those users and handle the offboarding

if this is for HRSD then check HRSD offboarding flows
