Ho to do MS Dynamics integration with ServiceNow

Hi everyone,

I am looking to integrate MS Dynamics integration with ServiceNow and would appreciate some guidance on the best approach and best practices for this setup.

Could anyone share insights or documentation on the following:

  • Best Method: Is it better to use the out-of-the-box Service Graph Connector for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, or should we build a custom integration using Integration Hub spokes / REST APIs?

  • Data Sync: What is the recommended way to handle bi-directional data synchronization (e.g., accounts, contacts, or incidents)?

  • Prerequisites: Are there any specific plugins, licensing requirements, or mid-server configurations we need to be aware of before starting?

If you have implemented this integration before, any tips, lessons learned, or links to helpful resources would be greatly appreciated!
