Hi everyone,
I’m interested in how teams identify inefficient workflows and decide what to improve first.
I work in medical billing with Avenue Billing Services, where tasks such as tracking claims, reviewing information, and following up on outstanding payments require consistent processes. Even a small improvement in workflow organization can help reduce delays and unnecessary manual work.
For those working with ServiceNow, how do you usually identify processes that need attention? Do you rely on performance reports, feedback from employees, automation opportunities, or recurring operational issues?
I’d also be interested in knowing how you measure whether a workflow improvement has actually made a difference.
Looking forward to hearing your experiences.
