Hi All,

I want to know where I can check the jobs and criteria for calculating the triple C in CMDB workspace. As I was checking triple C for the network gear class, I noticed that Completeness and Compliance might be inaccurate. I want to make sure that this is the correct values that is showing in CMDB Health.

CMDB Health Completeness/Compliance/Correctness Rules:

To view how each “C” is defined, check these rules:

a. Completeness Rules

  • Go to: CMDB Health → Completeness Rules

  • Look for rules tied to Network Gear class

  • These define required fields that must be populated

b. Compliance Rules

  • Go to: CMDB Health → Compliance Rules

  • These define policy-based checks, e.g., lifecycle status, or naming standards

c. Correctness Rules

  • Go to: CMDB Health → Identification Rules and Duplicate CI Rules

  • These ensure no duplicates and that CIs are properly identified

if this response helps you, then plz hit like and mark as a sulution.

The CMDB health score is determined by the aggregated scores of correctness, completeness, and compliance  ServiceNow - CMDB Health Metric // replace with your instance name. Each KPI has associated sub-metrics that contribute to its overall score.
