Hi All,

I want to know where I can check the jobs and criteria for calculating the triple C in CMDB workspace. As I was checking triple C for the network gear class, I noticed that Completeness and Compliance might be inaccurate. I want to make sure that this is the correct values that is showing in CMDB Health.

In this Share the Wealth session, Architect Brett Ishmael shows how to configure and use the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Health Dashboard. CMDB dashboards display CMDB health reports and let you configure the CMDB health KPIs and metrics that CIs are evaluated for. Learn more: ...

Jobs can be found in the CMDB Health Preferences from the link in the CMDB Dashboard if you have access. To check the criteria and if you have access to the CI Class Manager, navigate there and to the Network Gear class. On the left side menu under Health, review the Completeness and Compliance rules specific to this class. I also think it's a good idea to check the health inclusion rules to understand how the criteria apply to the network gear class in cmdb_health_config table.
