How to change My List menu configuration

I want to know about where the "My List" (which is the personalized one) items stored in which table and from where all categories comes from like, created by me, Shared with me, Opened by link.

Mainly i don't understand how opened by link works.

This is something provided by ServiceNow as a core CI, and we can’t change it. It’s not editable or accessible for us.
