In the latest Integration Hub licensing models, ServiceNow introduced the concept of API Access Volume (for exported data).
All plans :
- Integration Hub Starter v4 : 300MB per day
- Workflow Data Fabric Starter : 5GB per day
- Workflow Data Fabric Standard : 20GB per day
- Workflow Data Fabric Professional : 25GB per day
Many questions :
- Are all customers already affected, or only new ones?
- Do you know what happens if we exceed this quota?
- Do you know how to verify these volumes on the instance?
- How can I identify which APIs are used per day? And what is their associated quota?
