Which timestamp field does Process Mining use for the Incident table?

I want to know which timestamp field is used by Process Mining for the Incident table in ServiceNow.
Does it use sys_created_on, sys_updated_on, or does it read timestamps from audit/history tables (like sys_audit and sys_history)?

Thanks for the clarification.
Do you happen to have any official documentation that confirms this behavior?

In Process Mining, the Activity timestamp needs the exact time when the record moved from one stage to another like modified/updated. So I want to verify whether:

  • Process Mining actually uses sys_created_on as the event timestamp, or

  • If there is documented that says on how timestamps are selected while doing the process mining for the Incident table.

If there is no documentation, could you please explain how sys_created_on is considered the timestamp in this context and how it reflects the timing of stage progression?
