It depends on which spoke you’re referring to—some are free, while many are paid.

hi @IshuGoyal - Refer the Legal Schedule (https://www.servicenow.com/content/dam/servicenow-assets/public/en-us/doc-type/legal/snc-addendum-in...) mentioned on the spokes list page (https://www.servicenow.com/docs/r/integrate-applications/integration-hub/spokes-list.html).
Refer to the table on page one, where based on your product code, you know which spokes you have access to. In the newer WDF product codes, all spokes are included.
You are able to install and try out majority of spokes in sub-prod without entitlement.
