Description

 

Implement linkage and update propagation from major incidents

Ensure any update from a major incident is propagated to all linked cases and triggers appropriate customer (external) communications as well as internal awareness.

 

Acceptance Criteria

 
 

GIVEN major incidents are linked to related cases/customers, WHEN an update is made on the major incident, THEN all linked cases and customer notifications are updated accordingly.
