JSON builder step is not available

Hi everyone, 

can anyone please tell why JSON builder step is not available for me.

Hi @Krishna Chimmil ,

Available as an Action Designer action step. Users with the action_designer role can create a custom action with one or more action steps.

Please make sure you have enabled the plugin ServiceNow IntegrationHub Action Step - JSON Builder (com.glide.hub.action_step.json_builder) on your instance.
