Outlook Not Receiving Emails

Hi everyone,
I'm currently using Windows 11 with Microsoft Outlook and I have an issue. New emails are no longer coming in, though I am still able to send them. I have already looked at the account settings, and the internet connection. Even restart of the application did not solve it.
Does anyone has ever had this issue or have any idea of what it could be? Any advice is welcome.

Please elaborate from where email is not coming.
Is it when you are trying to login into PDI , authentication code - you are not receiving in outlook email
Note: If your system's(company provided) outlook is not working, raise ticket to your Company IT help desk.
Or
it is Client Desktop - outlook email -> In that case if email is working fine, and mail is not getting received ->Raise a case to support (Hi Ticket) to your ServiceNow Vendor. //If outlook is not working fine->Raise ticket to Global service desk.
