PLaybook Questionaire Activity

Hi I have a playbook activity questionnaire with choice options with either defined values or table lookups, how do i reveal the answers to these questions as pill values for the next acitivity.

In this example I have Yes / no

and my condition on a Decision is

I should have clarified - my requirement is to write the option values out to an additional comments field which i have created a subflow for. when data pil selecting here i get sys_ids
