The lab instance can’t be reset, maybe. You can either terminate it and request a new one, or continue using the same instance.

If you’re referring to a PDI, you can manage it under “Manage my instance.”

Hi @23481A05N2 

 

If you are enrolled in an official Now Learning course (like any  Fundamentals training),

you cannot manually reset the environment to clear all past work without losing your assigned lab server.

 

Workaround:

  • Terminate the Instance
  • Request for new instance.

Another way is that Raise a case to now learning support in ServiceNow University , if they can do it from background, though I have never tried it.
