If you are enrolled in an official Now Learning course (like any Fundamentals training),
you cannot manually reset the environment to clear all past work without losing your assigned lab server.
Workaround:
- Terminate the Instance
- Request for new instance.
Another way is that Raise a case to now learning support in ServiceNow University , if they can do it from background, though I have never tried it.

Hi Team,
I’m running into an issue with my lab instance. I completed the required steps multiple times, but the validation continues to fail with the same error.
I also noticed there does not appear to be an option to reset the lab instance. This is becoming very time-consuming because I am unable to move forward even though the task appears to be completed correctly.
Could you please advise why the lab instance cannot be reset, or let me know where I can open a support ticket/complaint to have this reviewed? If possible, I would like to request a new lab instance so I can continue the exercise without losing more time.
