Hi Everyone, I'm facing this error on RPA Desktop Studio.
Our instance are in Xanadu Patch 03, the RPA Studio is already on the 10.0.1 version and is a fresh Windows instalation. Anyone get this error before?

I was able to connect to the instance after upgrading the Instance version to Xanadu and upgrading RPA to version 12.0.0. Thank you all!

Hi @Everton SN
Check whether you have read/write permission for the folder (C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Local\ServiceNowRPA\_packages)
Thanks

Hi @varandhi,
Yes, I checked and I have access to the folder. I believe it is a problem related to the instance specifically, because on the same machine I can log into another instance that has the same version of RPA.
And when testing the instance access on another machine I also get the same error. (Note: On this other machine I can log into another instance).
I tested deleting the AppData\Local\ServiceNowRPA folder but the error persists. (Apparently when it tries to extract the plugins folder from project examples the error occurs)

Hi @Everton SN ,
Could you please try repairing the plugin "RPA Hub" and "RPA Plugin Bundle" as everytime the desktop studio connects, it fetches the right plugins from the instance configuration so I suspect it could be because of that.
Thanks,
Kamal

Hi @kamal_s ,
I repaired both plugins. However, the error persisted.
(I even reinstalled RPA Desktop Studio as an additional test)
