I'm evaluating ServiceNow's RPA solution and trying to get it to interact with one of our inhouse Windows applications but I'm having a problem with configuring it so that it can identify a close window button after its been captured.
Its only possible to capture the pin cushion type button using UI Automation (AA cant see it within the task bar) but after I have captured it clicking refresh fails to identify it. SN's support documentation doesn't really go into any detail as to how to resolve this issue, the only advice I've seen is to edit the locate by value until one is found that works. I've tried this but I'm unable to find a combination that works
Any advice appreciated
