Solve my issue action not visible in AI search Configuration

Hello Team,

 

I have configure AI search in some of my record producers. By this implementation we can found the results of searches (catalog/knowledge articles).

 

This AI search is working with 'AI Search Assist' widget. There are few defects which needs to fix from ServiceNow because those are the OOTB.

 

There is a functionality where if we click any knowledge article/catalog item then there is action 'Solve my Issue'. This action is visible for all except the HR knowledge article. I couldn't find why in HR knowledge article this action is not present.

 

Please help me to resolve this issue.
