SR got auto closed in servicenow

Hi Team,

 

I need your help to resolve this while creating SR in ServiceNow its get auto closed could you please help me to get it done.

You really need to provide more information about this. We can't look into your instance, nor can we read minds.

What (work)flow is behind it? In what phase did it close? It could be a bug, or just something wrongly configured (or even purposely set this way). 

Just a 'something went wrong, help' without any information, doesn't help us help you.

While end user create SR in ServiceNow its getting automatically closed it.

That is not providing us with more info and also not answering Ankur's question about what you tried and where you are stuck. If you want us to help you, you will need to provide more than just 'it doesn't work'. Please realize that we can't look into your system. You need to tell us what happens and what should happen (preferably with screenshots of the (work)flows and their executions)
