SR got auto closed in servicenow

Hi Team,

 

I need your help to resolve this while creating SR in ServiceNow its get auto closed could you please help me to get it done.

Please find the below points

 

Dev instance its working fine for the same workflow 

only few users facing this issue for others its fine

Only for prod user unable to create SR

Now you are causing confusion on your own question. Now you are saying the SR can't be created? Earlier it was closed automatically. 

For creation (since it does work for others): check the User Criteria.

For auto closing: check the approval step. If there isn't an approver (like a user without an active manager), the approval is rejected and SR closed.

But once again (and it's the last time): you aren't providing any information about what has been configured. We are only guessing here, because you have been told several times to provide more information and you are simply refusing to do so.
