What ways exist to dynamically build Adaptive Cards for a Microsoft Teams Integration in ServiceNow?

I am trying to modify the data that is sent over as an Adaptive Card to Microsoft Teams when something happens on the ServiceNow side. There are plenty of script includes and a lot of this is new material to me. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

For added clarification: The notification content I am trying to generate is going to be heavily customized.
