Hi Niki,

I am preparing to implement the Workforce Optimization module for one of my clients, and the project will be starting soon. I have enrolled in the Workforce Optimization course on ServiceNow University to strengthen my understanding; however, I’m unable to locate the associated lab within the course.

Could you please guide me on how to request an instance with the required WFO plugins, along with the supported lab files and lab instructions?

The instructions on how to access the course lab instance should be clearly visible when you begin the course. 

Can explain in more detail what the problem is?
